Maple cream is made by boiling Vermont Pure Maple Syrup a few degrees thicker than syrup. The thick syrup is then cooled until firm to the touch. It is then stirred until a very fine grain sugar is produced and then immediately packaged. The product is soft and can be spread with a knife and it is wonderful on warm toast/pancakes/French Toast. It can also be used to glaze donuts or other baked goods. This maple cream is made by the same steam evaporated, certified kosher and certified organic vermont pure maple syrup. |
